I really cared about this promotion

Eduard Krcmar got through to the finals of U21 World Championship in a great style. Czech rider was 2nd in the qualifying round in Teranzano (Italy).

After main series, Krcmar had 12 points, the same as Kacper Woryna, Andreas Lyager and Jack Holder. Therefore, additional heat had to be taken. Czech finished it as second. Rider of GTM Start Gniezno admitted that this advance to the Eko-Dir FIM Speedway U21 World Championship was extremely important for him.

- In Teranzano, it was fine. Promotion was the most important. This season is the last one racing as a junior for me, so I really cared about getting that pass to the World Championship finals.

During this meeting, Krcmar presented a great reflex at the start, plus he was able to fight at the distance, thanks to which, all his goals for this meeting were accomplished.

- Rivals were quite strong, but I was also doing well. I had good starts and a quick bike. Everything went in a way I had planned - Czech added.

Line up of this year's finals is really interesting. Among the riders, who will fight for the world's best junior title, there are Max Fricke, Robert Lamber, Maksym Drabik, Bartosz Smektała, Kacper Woryna, Patrick Hansen or Dominik Kubera.
Therefore, Krcmar will have some really strong riders next to him.
- It will be a tough rivalry. Only the best catch this train. I need to prepare well, because this tournament is such an important one for me. There is still some time left till the first round, so we can work in full focus mode. We will see how will it go - Czech admitted.

First final of this year's tournament comes on July 23 in Poznań. Earlier, Krcmar will have a chance to test this track's surface, because of his league match coming as GTM Start Gniezno's rider. Clash with Naturalna Medycyna PSŻ Poznań is taking place on June 4.

- It's good we're going to Poznań, 'cause I haven't had a chance to start there yet. I will test my setups and it all should be fine. Goals? We will see later - Eduard Krcmar summed up.

Next rounds of this tournament will take place in German Güstrow (September 8) and Pardubice (Czech Republic), which is Krcmar's homeland (September 29).
