Robert Lambert was third in the FIM Speedway U21 World Championship 2018 series. In the last round in Pardubice, "Ruthless" got 18 points and ended as second. What's intereting, Brit started at a totally different engine that he had planned to.

Another series and another medal. That's a perfect summary of this season when it comes to Robert Lambert's racing. In the third year of fighting in Junior World Championship, Brit added another bronze medal.

- It's just great, incredible feeling to be a bronze medalist in European Championship and also in U21 World Championship. I'm really pleased - Robert Lambert said.

British rider didn't have good memories from the track in Pardubice. One year back, during the final round of the series, he got only three points. This time, he gathered 18.

- My previous meeting in Pardubice didn't go well, didn't go my way, so it's been a lot of stress before this meeting. Plus, we had few problems, but after all, we performed how it should be.

Lambert's issues were actually not so typical. Rider lost his engine, which he was about to start with in Pardubice.

- One engine that I should've brought here was lost in the post, so we had to change the plans and bring one engine from England and this one was working, so it was a little bit surprising for me. We quickly found the right setup, so it all ended well - Lambert ended.
