Honorary patron of this year's Eko-Dir FIM Speedwya U21 World Championship, Ryszard Czarnecki says only in growing terms about recently finished rivalry for the world's best junior title. Vice-President of the European Parliament admits that he was impressed not only with its line up, but also choice of venues.

Maksym Drabik became the new Individual Junior World Champion. In Pardubice, thanks to his 18 points, he put a stamp on his first championship, dethroning Australian - Max Fricke. "Torres" didn't have an easy job to do, because three weeks back, during the round in Güstrow, he broke his collarbone.

- It was a huge drama, because surely this injury didn't help Maksym in his fight for gold. This year definitely belongs to Polish juniors. Let's remind that they reached for Team Junior World Championship and Team Junior European Championship. First, it was "gold Rybnik" and then Krosno.

Politician also notices good scores by Kacper Woryna, who was ranked in 2nd position during the final round in Pardubice.

- Despite his falls in Poznań, Kacper Woryna was really close to reach for a spot on the podium in the overall classification - Czarnecki added.

In this year's edition, we had many riders, who are pillars of their league teams. Just to remind an example of Maksym Drabik and his spectacular performance in the final clash of PGE Ekstraliga, where he led Betard Sparta Wrocław.

Honorary patron of Eko-Dir FIM Speedway U21 World Championship has also some nice words for the organizers.

- Even though it was not an easy season, it still has to be treated as a perfect promotion of our sport. Organization was at top level and I'm really happy with the venues that had been chosen. In Pardubice we had many fans, also from Poland, who witnessed a passionate meeting. I'm also happy with choosing Poznań as a round's host, because it truly deserves to have speedway at the highest level.
